Good Mourning Day Camp

Tidelands Community Hospice’s 12th annual Good Mourning Day Camp will be held this year in three locations: June 14th at Georgetown Presbyterian Church, Georgetown, June 28th at Christ United Methodist Church, Myrtle Beach, and July 19th at Greater Bethel AME Church, Kingstree. Each camp will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and is for children ages 6-13 who have lost a loved one. The camp will combine both large and small-group activities. There will be opportunities for the children to reflect on their loss in ways meaningful to them. And there will also be lots of opportunities to have fun with fellow campers. Good Mourning Day Camp is open to the public without charge. Pre-registration is required.
