An Author Among Tidelands' Staff
June 2, 2008
Tidelands Community Hospice’s Bereavement Coordinator, Harrison Grey, has published his first book, A Shadow at Sunset. Harrison describes his book as an imaginative, funny and at times serious story with deeper spiritual implications, along the lines of works of C.S. Lewis and Kenneth Graham.
A Shadow at Sunset follows the adventures and misadventures of an intrepid young donkey, Asper, and his little traveling companion, Justus Caterpillar (who rides in his ear), as they go in search of a magical place. They experience successes and setbacks along the way, and ultimately discover great happiness. Children as well as adults will enjoy this adventurous and fun-filled story. Its deeper spiritual implications will interest the mature reader. Harrison’s book is available on-line at Amazon.com and at My Sister’s Books in Litchfield and Harborwalk Books in Georgetown.
